LACU (Local Administration Councils Unit) implementing the project “Multi-year assistance to enhance resilience and promote early recovery of conflict-affected communities in Syria” in cooperation with ACTED is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for award of a consultancy contract: The consultancy is aimed to support improvement in governance that enables development, stability and growth for the benefit of the majority of the population and specifically for the poor and excluded group in conflict-affected communities in northern Syria. The advisor will support LACU in designing and overseeing a good governance training tailored to each targeted LC. Therefore, LACU invites individual consultants/advisor or consultancy companies to submit applicants for consultancy aimed at the following deliverables:
